Durham Neighbors Fund was founded by the good folks at Durham Free Lunch, with assistance from Ninth Street Bakery, an anchor business located in the heart of Downtown Durham, NC.

100% of donated money is redistributed to members. Funds are limited, and there is a wait list. Once you apply, you will be contacted by an ambassador to get started.

Our philosophy is that helping happens one-to-one, and hand-to-hand. The closer we can get to the end recipient, the more powerful the assistance.
